I think you’re right. Hussein & Holder pray that this will be a distraction enough to run out the clock until the elections — drawing attention away from the economy and Hussein’s socialist actions.

What continues to piss me off is comparisons made between F&F and Watergate. Watergate was a day at the beach compared to this. Watergate was a bunch of bumbling doofuses breaking into an office and trying to cover it up. Here we have hundreds (thousands?) of kick-ass weapons and hundreds of bodies, including two American lives lost — and a cover-up.
