There was a another guy last night on the news that has come forward. He told stories of staying about 100 nights in Sandusky’s home, sometimes in the basement and other times in the bedroom right across from the master bedroom. Sandusky even approached the boy’s father at one time about adopting the boy. They stated that not all of the victims were used in this trial, so if there is an acquittal, there could be another case, and I believe they said it could be federal.
Yes, as it’s a different victim, unless they knew of his allegations at the time of the Indictment filed in this case.
