Paul Ryan made serious and substantive proposals to save Medicare from bankruptsy and the Democrats, aided & abetted by the MSM, demagogued it and scared seniors. It’ll happen again if Ryan is chosen.

The greatest risk of Ryan is that if you pick him, you're also giving a hard endorsement of his economic plan.

Presidential candidates rarely spell out their plans as specifically as Ryan has, and while Romney has said he'd vote for the Paul plan if he was in Congress, he still has the wiggle room to distance himself from any component of it.

For this reason, picking Ryan would demonstrate the kind of political courage that many have criticized Romney for lacking.
