I agree 100%. 15-20% of the country (the hardcore Leftist Loonbags) will shriek that it's an "election year stunt," but the timing can't be helped, and the consequences of inaction could not be more dire. They have to strike now, and be relentless and committed.

I heard Michael Meds this afternoon saying that very thing. "Romney and the GOP need to lay off this issue and get back on the economy - the opposition will beat the GOP up over going after Obozo and his withHolder. All Presidents have used Executive Privledge." Of course we all know Meds is a closet Liberal posing as a "conservative" talker.
