It’s by prescription — under the guidance of a physician. Big difference medically and legally.

That explains the stone lies and key omissions of fact.
The three “How” videos rely on beliefs and speculation, not evidence. The static figures in those videos do not reflect the real life, rapidly changing motions of two people in an actual struggle. Any boy who has ever been in a fight on a playground knows that it is quite possible to move, squirm, twist, move one’s hands, shift position, change equilibrium and momentarily gain -or lose - an advantageous position. The videos prove nothing.
