I don’t believe that Romney wants to be President for the same reason that Reagan did. The difference is ego.
The “reason why” of Romney vs Reagon, is not the point of what I wrote, that Reagan started early and Romney both made their decisions early and layed the foundations for their campaigns, that went through 1 or more election cycles is my point. We have not seen a conservative candidate since Reagan who has done that.
