The whites would not want it back in a year if Zimbabwe is any predictor.

In Zimbabwe the farms are confiscated with all implements, equipment, house and furnishings. The farmers can only take clothes and personal items.

The redistributed farms are then basically harvested for anything that can be sold all else is left to rot. The homes are lived in and trashed. There is not much to come back to except the land which left to what ever nature will do to it.
