WASHINGTON (AP) -- Congressional Democrats and Republicans scrambled for election-year gain from the Supreme Court's ruling Monday that threw out key provisions of Arizona's immigration law but upheld one that requires police to check the status of people who might appear to be in the U.S. illegally.

Democrats said the ruling risks encouraging racial profiling, while Republicans said it strengthens the right of states to make and enforce their own immigration policies.

Simply stated, the USSC has ruled that if someone is able to successfully sneak into your house, he instantly has all the rights of a family member, you cannot kick him out, and you pay for his food, education, medical care, and let him take your job, too.

"So let it be written....so let it be DONE!"

Political gain? The ruling is over .

And I see huge gain in having the police do their job without Holder’s people telling them that they cannot...

If I understood this correctly, that is providing he can prove he belongs in the house. The fact that he “snuck in” gives the person in the house the right to ask for proof.

If he cannot prove it, you can toss him out of the house, but that’s the extent of it. Personally, at that point I would execute the castle doctrine.

Since the statute requires a lawful stop first, what Dingy is actually saying is that he believes minorities break the most laws in Nevada.

In what country do you live?

Are you saying that someone of obviously "foreign" appearance that shows up one day in YOUR home (the USA), can be stopped and asked "who are you" (in English), and NOT be accused of "racial profiling", yet they will NOT be forced to leave (sanctuary/no deportation), and you are stuck with them, even AFTER they are identified as non-citizens?

Sanctuary cities abound, and Liberal Judges routinely use tortured readings of Law, or local/state Judges say "it's an Immigration issue, and we have no Juridiction". LOL...."Jurisdiction" is the word that has been disregarded in "subject to the Jurisdiction, thereof", where now the USSC claims Jurisdiction over Illegals, and condones their presence with the Anchor Baby interpretation for invaders' offspring, AUTOMATICALLY bestowing them with "Los Freebies" via U.S. Citizenship AT BIRTH. Once the Anchor Baby is in place, the whole family is protected from being Deported with a whining "you can't break up a family by sending them back" routine.

We have a sickness in this country now that can only be healed by another Revolution and a Do-Over using the PLAIN MEANING of the Constituion.

Nothing will be done until someone opens their mouth and tells the ACLU to piss up a rope.

Nothing will be done until Americans treat the left like they treat the right.

NOthing will be done until the MSM gets the full Alinsky treatment.

We sit here and talk a good game. WHat’s the saying, “Talk is cheap”?

That’s just how it is. Action speaks louder than words.
