I am not very learned in the area of border patrol matters, so I need some people’s input.

I was talking with hubby about this, and he said that it made sense since Article I of the Constituion has the authority to establish rules for naturalization, commerce, etc, so the SCOTUS ruing follows the constitution well. He also said that the problem stems from the fact that the FedGov is NOT doing their part—the FedGov is still traitorous but the SCOTUS ruling is not a violation of states’s rights.

This is our current understanding of the situation, but I’m curious to see what older and wiser people than we think, as well.

NOT a violation of state’s rights??? As of this ruling, there ARE none! Read Antonin Scalia’s dissent.

Your husband is correct. The states are held hostage to a lawless regime and it would seem there is nothing we can do about it. A very UNcivil war is already being waged against us. Americans are under seige from our own government which seems to have correctly calculated that they can get away with it...because they HAVE.
