The “obamaphone.net” website isn’t owned by the usual Obama suspects (Level 3 Government hosting, Obama-for-president, nor the Internic companies). It’s owned through an anonymous hosting company (Mega). The website is kind of a troll, although I don’t know how or who. It even seemed to catch Rush limbaugh.

Read the site. It’s terrible, and written by an 8 year old.. They even said “George William Bush”.

That said, there ARE programs out there to get these phones. The White House has separated themselves from the name “obama phone”, officially.

Isn't this against the law and tantamount to buying votes? Can a candidate give away items of cost in their name, or even can someone interested in getting a candidate elected do this?
