Stand With Arizona
If the Obama Administration thought that the Supreme Court decision overturning 3 of 4 provisions of SB 1070, and ICE terminating cooperation with Arizona would stop Sheriff Joe from doing his job, they have another thing coming.
Maricopa County Sheriff Arpaio told Neil Cavuto on FOX News today:
"I'm not stopping anything. I'm going to continue to enforce those state laws regardless of what the federal government is trying to put pressure on me to satisfy all these activists, which by the way are in front of my building right now."Arpaio said he has other state laws to enforce, such as human smuggling, identity theft, and his famous crime suppression sweeps, and will not stop his efforts to crack down on illegal aliens."Three and half years they've been in front of my building. So, I'm not going to bend to the federal government, especially when we still have state laws to enforce."
Exit question: How refreshing is it to hear Sheriff Joe's plain speaking and unwavering determination after a day of double-talk, wavering and weakness on the part of most politicians, including Arizona's two Senators, who seem to be cowering in a cave somewhere while their state is under full frontal attack.

Since the most lawless administration in history refuses to do its job perhaps Joe should tell the feds that any detainees that weren’t removed from the State of Arizona would be put to work digging ditches and building more prisons. Permanently.

The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

The Sheriff has the right to lock up any person who commits a crime, because they are subject to his jurisdiction, he just can’t deport them I guess. So throw the offenders in jail and keep them there forever. Hell, I’ll send some money to keep his jails operating.
