You're right...Roberts is less than conservatives hoped he would be BUT he's better than what we'll get if/when OBozo gets another nominee.
AZ now needs to sue the feds for enforcement of what's already in the fed statutes.
Scalia stated it best... this ruling now states that there are no Sovereign States and IMHO... Arizona will be found to not have standing to sue. roberts stated yesterday... according to Mark Levin... that they could revisit the rightful search clause if the aclu and other groups want to file their cases in a different manner. Some Conservative huh?!
