I just get the feeling that once people get up a head of steam with their own view they tend to become myopic. This is definitely a complicated case and we still are not privy to all the evidence. When people start making snotty little remarks I feel compelled to step in with alternate hyposthes which may not be likely, but as least are plausible.

One thing I am not buying face value was Zimmerman's ability to pull a gun while on his back on the ground in a fight. That is nearly impossible to do. It is a simple matter of physics and dimensions of the human body. Just like you cannot stick your elbow in your ear, you cannot reach your waist band with your hand unless you spread your elbows out so they extend out like wings.

But along comes George Zimmerman, reenacting the events as he tries to gild his self defense claim. Here is a snap from the reenactment video (time 2:39) showing Zimmerman reenacting the moment he pulls the gun. He claims Martin has reached for his gun – now that it has become exposed – and Zimmerman has pinned Martin’s arm with his right arm – while he pulls the gun.

To prove how impossible this really is, look where Zimmerman’s hand can reach while pinning his other arm (representing Martin’s arm). He cannot reach up to his waist band with his right hand, nor can he really draw a gun up and out of a holster. Now look where Zimmerman puts his hand just a few seconds earlier when he indicates where he wears his holster (time 2:22).

Zimmerman’s holster is worn around the back – which means Martin could not see it if he was sitting on top of Zimmerman with Zimmerman’s back on the ground. Second, there is no way to pin the arm and pull the gun as can be seen in this second position where Zimmerman mimics grabbing his holster. Look where is elbow is. This is all fabrication because it is all physically impossible.

There is a huge discrepancy in Zimmerman’s account concerning where he said the initial attack took place and where it ended.

In the reenactment video you can see Zimmerman trying to make up the distance between where he is punched at the top of the sidewalk T and where the Martin’s body ends up. You can see how quickly he tries to add something new – about pushing off Martin and pulling away. Something COMPLETELY at odds with his signed statement and audio statements the night he was detained.

And all this talk of his head being “bashed” on the concrete is amusing to me. He had two minor cuts. Two. One was 1/4″ long, the second was less than 1″. Neither required stitches. Neither required any treatment above and beyond on-the-scene first aid as administered by paramedics ... except for a couple of knuckle bandaids that were slapped onto the back of his head at some point in time.

I also find this continued assertion that he is unfamiliar with Twin Trees Lane hard to swallow. There’s only three streets in the entire complex ... Retreat View Circle, Lone Oak and Twin Trees. I find it hard to believe that such an enthusiastic and diligent neighborhood watch captain, who walks his dog around the neighborhood, couldn’t manage to retain the names of only three streets after two years.

One thing I am not buying face value was Zimmerman's ability to pull a gun while on his back on the ground in a fight. That is nearly impossible to do. -------------------------------------------- This will easily be established from an examination of the wound in Trayvon's body. Witnesses saw saint skittles on top of Zimmerman right before he was shot. The autopsy showed that Trayvon was shot at close range like Zimmerman described. ------------------------------- ---------------------------------- And all this talk of his head being “bashed” on the concrete is amusing to me. ------------------------------- It does not much matter what you think about the seriousness of the bashing. No one has the right to punch the face of another person, pin him and smash his head and if an aggressor takes that action, they might get shot in self defense. Americans don't have to take a beating from a hoodie or anyone else. Saint Skittles does not get a free break the nose or head bash card in life. I am sure he was mad because Zimmerman was suspicious of him. He should have gone home and told his dad. Instead he decided to break bad and play 'Knock out King' on the wrong victim. ------------------------------- -------------------------------- When people start making snotty little remarks I feel compelled to step in with alternate hyposthes which may not be likely, but as least are plausible. ------------------------------------ I'm not that crazy that I got drawn into a discussion with you when all you were doing is emoting with implausible scenarios due to your perception of 'snotty little remarks.'

You wouldn’t find it amusing if it happened to your head. Here is the medic’s report on the “cause of injury” to GZ’s head:

http://i311.photobucket.com/albums/kk453/TalkLeft/zimmerman/medicblunt.jpg

Did ace detective and Guttman leaker Serino ever find that “blunt/thrown object” the medics referrred to.

So much for the mantra that Trayvon Martin was “unarmed”, right???

Was that can of watermellon juice used to make that one gash in the back of GZ’s head???

Was there some other object that ace detective Serino overlooked???

Or was the can of juice the thrown object and the sidewalk the blunt object that “unarmed” street fighter Trayvon used???

Either way, the fact that he had THC in his blood, and was a known user of a street concoction that mimics PCP doesn’t bode well for your side. Neither does the fact that he initiated the fight as even DeeDee points out.

So then spread your right elbow out like a wing,if necessary; or shrug your right shoulder up and then reach down; or lean onto your left side and slide your right arm down. That should be easy for you.
