I posted this on another thread and we should insure that every parent of every recruit or boot that is enlisting DELAY for 6-9 months if possible. DO NOT TAKE EARLY ENTRY AND DELAY, DELAY, DELAY.

For Marines tell them that you heard that the CO was a homosexual and you wanted to know if policies and procedures were in place to prohibit sexual harassment or sexual exposure to homosexuals in showers or places that would make your son feel threatened or uncomfortable.

Ask if there are any current or former DI's or senior NCO's that are admitted homosexuals and what living and bathing arrangements are being made to accommodate those who might feel threatened or harassed by homosexuals in positions of authority.

Ask for written policies and procedures for reporting for senior NCOs and how are they acting in a proactive manner to insure that predatory homosexuals are not in a position to coerce recruits.
