the point that is not being made here - but is trying to be made is this

of the 4 things being decided tomorrow - the first is the question of standing

if they decide that there is no standing - that no harm has been done until the entire law is implemented - that it is not ripe - then the other 3 questions will not be decided

the individual mandate is not implemented yet - the first question being decided is if they can sue before it is implemented - if they decide we must wait, none of the other 3 questions will be decided

levin thinks that will NOT happen - that standing will be granted and the other 3 questions will be decided
