Now, here is a judge who has his head screwed on straight. Nice piece of work and I like how he took apart the phoney Injustice Depart. argument that no purging could be done to anyone 90 days before the election. This is analyzing the law and reading it in a manner to reach a logical result.
I know there are plenty of folks who imagine that Obama and his AG Holder are devious and conniving but I think they re simply stupid.
Just as several Reagan, Bush 41 and even Bush 43 Supreme appointees have turned out to be less Constitutionalist than had been hoped and/or assumed; this appears to be one of Slick Willie’s district court appointees who went opposite to commie lib expectations just this once.
