1. Some of the justices are realistic people and they see that the "day of the death panels" is not as far off for them as for others, and they'd prefer taking their own sweet time moving on down the line.
2. Some of the other justices imagine that it's just another bunny with a pancake on its head ~ or a unicorn ~ and nothing bad will happen to them anyway.
So, who votes how?
I think we can figure this one out ~ first off, Sotomayor and Ginsburg are really torn. The elderly Latina knows how easily her mother could put people down so SHE KNOWS, and the other one has been in and out of the hospital over and over and now shoots up insulin every day just like the Latina.
They probably voted both ways!
The others, they know what Obama has in mind for them.
You underestimate these people, they would put their own down as an act of mercy to the planet.
