I will be absolutely shocked if either side is happy come 10:05am tomorrow. Kennedy is a closet lib and Roberts is a wild card imho.
My bet is on them splitting the baby, with the law standing but the mandate axed. And, I’m fearful that 5 of these nine individuals might just royally screw us over.
Roberts votes conservative something like 90% of the time, he’s not exactly a wild card.
