The management of “Wawa,” whatever the freep that is, should add this concept to their employees’ training.

They do have the training for service animals.

If you read post #11 the Federal guidelines are so lax that anybody can walk in with a dog on a leash and call it a service animal. If the employee questions it they end up with this crap.

It is so good to be able to slam people who work hard for a living who must abide by vague laws deliberately written that way by politicians/lawyers who salivate over the chance to milk money from companies trying to operate and provide a service to people.

Oh. I probably wouldn't have thought of it, even though I saw the PBS show about how women prison inmates train service dogs to react to seizures and so on.

Of course, then there was the college student who insisted she had to keep her ferret in her dorm room and take it to class because it treated her "anxiety" ...
