On another note - if IF Obmaa decides he 'must' be President for Life - in spite of losing the election, Rush needs to totally bug out. He'll top the dem 'hit' list - the real kind - an actual hit list. If Obama takes over there's no reason to think they won't kill Rush and other top Republicans.
Rush should set up a place - now - outside the country where he can produce and distribute his show if necessary - some island... With a station difficult to jam... or shortwave... and tell us the frequency before the election... just a thought.
That might not be a good idea. Obama now already has the "legal" power to assassinate any American outside the country that the president deems to be a "terrorist". No trial. No review.

Of course if they would “take out Rush” would it serve to make us all madder than a nest of Hornets?
Rush needs to find a country without a extradition treaty with the US. Also would need to hire a LOT of mercs to protect him against hit squads should SHTF.
