Time to get out from behind the computers and get to work...Just like our forefathers we throw the government out. In our case it's through election and not with guns. Donate, register neighbors, pass out fliers, get involved. We need sixty senators, a Real leader as President and the House.

Yesterday I saw someone had posted, "Justice Roberts is an originalist, not a conservative." This vote would tend to support that assertion, as Marbury vs. Madison--the case which established the principle of judicial review--was not part of the original document.
