and no one can escape from it. Have you forgotten about the 700+ waivers that Barry-O granted to unions, big companies, sometimes whole towns?

This Election Just Became About Obamacare Which is kind of a shame, because that's more or less a secondary issue now. The bigger issue is that we now has a USSC precedent that says the government can make you do anything it damn well wants you to, through its taxing powers.
Couple that with the illusion of private property shattered by Kelo and then tell me how we can be anything other than serfs?

I went to bed last night in, what I considered a Constitutional Republic. I woke up this morning in what I now consider a Dictatorship.
Where is the America I knew as a child?
Can we really ever get it back?
I guess we’ll see in November. But I doubt that any USSC picks by Romney will be anymore conservative than Obama’s were. I can only pray they will be. And my faith is very shaky these days.

Unfortunately, you are right.
If Romney had been anti-socialist all along, this would be a good thing for him.
Not so, though.

Obama now has four months to make people like this bill.
It has never polled at more than 40% support at any time during his Presidency. An impossible task. He will be toast.

A conservative judge just told Americans that Obamacare is nothing but an elaborate deception. Instead of being a requirement for you to buy something, Obamacare is nothing but another tax increase from a President who vowed not to raise your taxes. Romney has vowed to repeal Obamacare, hence he will lower your taxes. It is a simple choice that Romney should emphasize daily. Obama is toast.

You're dead wrong. The economy is affected, and will continue to be affected, by Obamacare. Anyone who is too dumb to know that would be voting for Obama anyway. There are voters who know that Obamacare affects the economy, but don't hold that against Obamacare; those people also would have voted for Obama anyway. Assume that all Republicans will vote for Romney, and we're down to independents. Independents aren't ideological. As long as the economy is very strong, they are swayed by liberal arguments about the poor and they vote Democrat. However, when the economy turns downward, independents vote Republican. The current economy stinks and, at the very least, independents won't believe that Obamacare will improve the ecomony. Therefore, most independents will vote for Romney.

I believe this will motivate our side to get Obama out of office in November, more than ever. We cannot let this commie assh0l3 to have another term.
I think it will have the opposite effect.
We also can’t let Obama have any more time to add another justice to the already damaged Roberts court.

The Obama just played a winning move. Focusing the election on the economy was a sure loser for him.
Focusing the election on something which isnt a problem for most people (repugnant in the abstract, but is irrelevant in practice) focuses the election _away_ from his losing issue and onto the frothing-at-the-mouth Right.
Unless Romney can make an argument that the economy is bad now because of Obamacare and will only get worse when Obamacare is fully implemented.

If you don’t see the difference between Obama in 2008 and Obama in 2012, I don’t know what to tell you. He’s lost a lot of support by what he’s done and hasn’t done the last 3 1/2 years. First Black President ain’t getting any voters for him anymore. Tingle is long gone. Majority of people do not like what he’s doing in multiple areas.

To disagree a little bit - a conservative judge did nothing. A justice appointed by a Republican president, who thought he was a conservative, just ruled Obamacare Constitutional.
The only solution is to elect Romney and a Republican House and a Republican Senate and hope they all keep their word. Because (as Ann Coulter has been saying for months), if this obamanation goes into effect, it will never be repealed.
We also need to hold President Romney's feet to the fire on the appointment of new SC justices. The left can appoint people who say they are very liberal, with very liberal records. Republicans have to appoint people who try to hide their conservatism. That MUST change. Appoint only those who SAY and HAVE RECORDS as strict constructionists.

"I may be wrong, but didnt Roberts make a statement something like You have to learn to live with your political choices. or something similar? That sounds like a slap in the face of Democrats."I take it as a statement to the American voters in general. Something along the lines of "You made your beds (by voting in Obama and the Dems) and now you have to sleep in them."
