So when it functions as a tax you will function as a taxpayer, see how that works.
Romney will not undo this, if he is even electable, which I doubt.
For myself, I don't give a cr@p, but I have grand children, and they have a greater burden to defend the Republic than I ever had. Quite a legacy we leave huh?
I would like to see a resurgence of conservatism in this country, like we got for only a few brief months with the TEA party.
We need to continue the fight. Too many of us gave up after the 2010 elections, thinking we had won the day and therefore the field. I know I did. I went to the TEA party events in 2010, but there haven't been any since then.
We need to advocate a platform to amend if we must the Constitution. We need a rejection of big government. A very long row to hoe, but our alternative is complete defeat, as you say, not just for ourselves, but our progeny.
I'm not ready to just give up, or take the blue pill and go back to sleep in my pod.
