Regardless of todays ruling, Roberts is far from being a liberal. In one week, Roberts has told Arizona it can't secure its own borders, and he's told every American that the government can tax them for not buying an expensive product in the private sector that the government mandates they buy. I'd say Roberts is in an express shuttle, zooming his way to Liberal Land faster than you can say David Souter.
