We need one, yes; but more than that we need to quit "waiting for Superman" we need to shake off the idea/indoctrination that we are powerless, we need to fight, and we need to use smart/dirty tricks.

Well, what is your solution, a**hole?

Well, we need to start being assholes. Not this "go along to get along" crap.
My solution is to start playing the legal game against out overlords; and none of this "now isn't the right time" or accepting "you don't have standing" bullshit. Simply put, the ballot box is for the most part useless right now, so we need to go about things differently; two other options spring to mind: Jury box and Ammo box.

We really should be using the ammo box right now; it is obvious the Constitution does not constrain the governemnt and has been obvious for some time; we are, however, not ready for that course of action. Simply as a matter of logistics; we are not in any position to carry out such warfare. (Oh, and it's not treason or overthrow of the government that I'm advocating; the Declaration of Independence is recognized as law and reserves the right to oust from power those seeking despotism; furthermore, removing people from office via violence *IS NOT* destroying the office itself.... merely creating a vacancy.)

So that leaves the Jury Box, unless and until the logistics above are addressed, and this means we have Fun With Laws!
First off we need to make people aware of the Jury's right of nullification, AND MAKE SURE IT IS USED. If juries always acquit anyone who violates Obamacare then the accused cannot be legally punished.

Second, there's methods we could call the political/legal warfare, wherein we use the law as a weapon against political positions/stances. This can be done by maneuvering the argument such that the political stance being embraced is a blatant illegality. As an example let's consider NM.

New Mexico's State Constitution gives the Governor the power/responsibility to protect from invasion. It says, in Art 5 sec 4, "He shall have power to call out the militia to preserve the public peace, execute the laws, suppress insurrection and repel invasion." Implicit therein is the ability to declare that the state is being invaded. So the governor can declare that the masses of illegal immigrants is an invasion (and an invading force need not be armed) and call on the militia to seal the border with military violence. Then, using the US Constitution, Art 4 Sec 4, demand assistance from the federal government; this leaves only three options for the fed-gov:

  1. Send the required aid; absolutely intollerable politically for the open-borders folk, won't happen.
  2. Dither about/dissemble/feet-draging; shows that the federal government is all about optionally complying with the Constitution, and will encourage other states to act independently (ie reduce the control of the fed-gov)
  3. Move against the state; this is, by the US Constitution, treason.
It can be done multiple ways:
    1. Executive: military power -- What do you think the result of the FedGov firing on a State that is protecting itself AND ASKING FOR HELP is going to be?
    2. Executive: denial of actions/aid -- Again, not politically wise.
    3. Legislative: Declare the invasion-declaration to have been illegal. Oops, that's both ex post facto AND a Bill of Attainder!
    4. Legislative: deny funding to the state. -- Again the same as the Executive.
    5. Judicial: Declare that the States cannot declare an invasion -- Ignore them, try them in absentia (if they will not come) for Treason against the State of New Mexico using the federal court's own ruling as "confession in open court."
In fact the above would be so powerful that States could have a long list of "Dead or Alive" wanted persons consisting of all those who are acting against that state... which may even include the State's own senators/reps.

On the patriotic web blogs I've read that the US military is practicing policing maneuvers in the streets of ST Louis, the DHS has purchased hundreds of MILLIONS of rounds of small arms ammo (.223 and 9 mm) as well as millions of MREs, the recent construction of large detentions centers in various ares around the country; if this is true it appears the US government is planning for something traumatic to occur inside this country and very soon. Maybe the gov is expecting a massive terrorist attack, or, given the anti-Americanism of the current administration, maybe it is prepping for the after math of a declaration of martial law followed by confiscation of citizen firearms. That will be traumatic. Speculation on my part of course but if that's not it, then what is the purpose for these gov actions? Maybe the gov is trying to scare us.

All of the big ammo manufacturers make reduced-recoil buckshot loads for 12 gauge. The kick is much milder, and at home defense ranges (probably 30 feet or less), the perp won’t be able to tell the difference. He will fall down and stop breathing.

Magazine will hold nine rounds, last in-first out. First two down range should be birdshot. Followed by double ought. The sound of racking a shotgun is effective pest repellant. If you need to fire the 00 it may destroy your house. Do not do this if you are not willing to train EVERY household member. This means handling, storing, cleaning and firing!
