I’ve heard that it’s in regards to Obama declaring executive privilege, which will require a judge see EVERY contested document involved.

Or I may be getting this mixed up with something else. But I do wonder about the civil charges of “wrongful death” against Holder and Obama, since if they can be shown to have broken the law, they should lose their immunity of office.

Executive privilege claims will be handled in front of a federal judge and are seperate from the civil contempt of the House against Holder.

As for any wrongful death civil lawsuit, that would need to be pursued by the family of the slain agents.

Who would prove that they broke the law, is my question?

Oh, it’s obvvious laws were broken in the gun running, but pinning the broken laws on Obama and Holder would be difficult because there’s no special counsel for this and they aren’t going to go after themselves.
