The Department of Justice is asserting that the governor of Texas, as well as state legislators, have no executive or deliberative process privilege to shield documents -- even as Eric Holder and President Obama assert executive and deliberative process privilege to shield documents from Congress in its investigation of Fast & Furious. That refusal has already resulted in Holder being held in contempt by the House of Representatives in a 255-to-67 vote that was joined by 17 Democratic representatives.

Amen, Bro. I see those words on a white flag with a black star and cannon on it all the time down here in south Texas. I had to go look it up to see what it was all about, but it’s very appropriate for this day and age.
The mood of the people in this state right now after yesterday (at least the ones I work/associate with down here) is something to behold. Now I see why they say: “Don’t Mess With Texas”. Hopefully, they’ll translate all of that emotion into votes in November.
On the other hand, there is this big old live oak tree on the courthouse yard in Goliad, TX. that’s hasn’t seen any action for a long, long time....maybe too long.

Any attack on Texas is an attack on the spirit of America and and attack on all Americans. Think we can extend that to Arizona as well. Time to arrest and lock this criminal traitor behind bars.

All day here that’s all I’ve heard: “SECEDE NOW”.
I think if the country doesn’t sweep out the trash and all the wookie crap out of the WH in November, it just may become a real possibility. Get Louisiana and Oklahoma to join in doing the same thing and the bulk of the domestic oil and gas production will be in rebel control.
At that point, odongo will have no choice but to try to crush the rebellion by sending in the pink panty-wasted gay military. Will they obey or defect? Things could really get interesting after November.
