Couldn’t Americans for Prosperity and the Koch foundation be the group to challenge the ruling and petition a rehearing under SCOTUS Rule 44?? They seem to have money enough to go all the way.
Secularized conservatives have a way of going to pot. The Koches are nominally Jewish, but do not take their ancestral faith seriously enough to regard gay anything, let alone marriage, as a curse.
That said, when they speak truth they should be listened to.

In line with historically whimsical naming of new political parties and splinter groups, why can’t there be a Big Gulp Of Freedom Tea Party? Start it maybe vying in New York with Bloomie for the mayor’s office.
Yes, I want them to be successful as far as their economic views go...I consider them to be a bit like Ayn Rand or Ron Paul—excellent on economics...on social issues, not so much. :)
