Michelle Bachmann was on with Mark Levin last night discussing actions that are being taken, including that vote and the "do not implement" plan by the Republican governor's association. Republicans now want this election to be a referendum on ObamaCare and its taxation.
....and HHS Sillybeus has no authority to waive taxes.

You know .... Obama & the Dems remind me of ‘Major Kong riding the bomb’ from the Dr. Strangelove movie. They are yippeeing and yahooing over their ‘big win’ on Thursday and having a good time riding the Obamatax bomb. If they have a clue, they are ignoring the fact that in November, they are going to be part of the mushroom cloud on the horizon. ;-)
