Just cutting spending is not going to do it. We also need economic growth on an epic scale to hoist us out of this recession.
The best scenario for economic growth is an administration that will unleash the free market economy by slashing taxes and regulation. Obama will continue to drag us down into the sewer. Romney with a GOP Congress is the only choice in this election.

Cutting spending is importrant for economic recovery but the essential structural reform that must be accomplished, somehow, is to rein in the pervasive corruption of the people in the form of patronage on a masssive scale. Until that is tackled, all the rest is window dressing.
