It’s not even special treatment, it’s what we’re supposed to be doing, but what the heck ? It’s all about that Hope and Che nonsense now. Treaties ? Who cares ? It’s like what Cyber Liberty noted accurately, we only honor treaties with those who have the power to enforce them.
