Calling Obamacare a massive tax increase, Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker said Sunday he is going to wait before implementing health-insurance exchanges in his state.
“We’re going to wait,” Walker said on CBS’ “Face the Nation.” “For people here in Wisconsin and plenty of other states across the country, we want to put the power back in the hands of the people at the state and the local level, not be driven by a federal mandate.”
He said he believes in a free-market alternative to the government-funded health-insurance program upheld last week by the Supreme Court. …

Let’s try this again. The Feds will do it. The statute permits the Feds to just come in and run it all. I would rather have the State than the Feds do it. (Not stating the obvious of wishing it wasn’t going to be done at all).

Yeah, but think of the Governor's position. The states have to match the Federal money. Walker doesn't want to increase taxes to pay for the state's share.

ObamaKare is set up to attract people into Mediaid for the next two years (anyone under 400% of federal poverty!) and the feds (us or the Chinese, depending on how you look at it)will be paying the tab for that. Then, in year three, the state is handed the whole mess. Some predictions are that the amount will be greater than current state budgets.
Every governor not falling for this needs our support. The pressure and disinformation will be astounding.
Gotta love Walker. Too bad those kinds of nads aren’t found very often in D. C.

Great point!!! What's sauce for the gander, is sauce for the goose. When they don't obey many laws, then they can't use laws as a way to hit us over the head. Laws either exist across the board, or they don't exist at all.
How would it be if we played in a sports game, and we followed all the rules, but the other team did whatever they wanted to do, which was play real nasty. Obviously they would totally roll over us and win. When they play without rules, then essentially, as long as they are in control, there are no rules. If we play by nonexistent rules, then we go down.
We still must do what we must before The LORD, in a morale way, as He is our true leader, but He doesn't expect us to unnecessarily lay down and be rolled over. We are to be as wise as a serpent, and as gentle as a dove. Too often we forget the "wise as a serpent" part. We have to start dealing with the opposition for what they really are, which is slimy, nasty, unscrupulous and highly wicked.
