Thereby exposing the FRAUD, but what are we to do with it? Is not this kind of FRAUD supposed to be struck down at the court? What happened to interpreting the intent of the law? And the intent of the law was not “tax,” as numerous quotes, video, etc. show. If the intent was unconstitutional...then the law should have been struck down. Not turned over to be returned to the people to elect honest leaders.
But, here is the question...if the leaders are so dishonest is there not a criminal statute to deal with them?

The editor at Breitbart did a horrible job with this headline. It should read, “We will take it any way(two words—way is a noun, a thing to take) we can get it”, not “anyway”(an adverb which should be used when you say, “Even though it rained, they went anyway.”)
I hate to be picky, but geez, the headline makes no sense.
