Yes there is a significant cultural difference but the Indian physicians that have graduated from American schools still form an alliances with other Indian physicians and only refer patients to Indian colleagues .
The US government has purposely discriminated against white males. The admissions departments of US medical schools focus on diversity as one of the top criteria for admission.

Indian medical schools were set up by the British. They teach classes in English. I have worked with many Indian docs and they are mostly good.
Not so with the Ay-rabs and ones from Pock-e-stahn.
