Maybe because he hasn’t broken any law?Possibly, but doubtful. He has been caught lying about important aspects of his business at the same time he was (allegedly) signing up investors.
The problem is that the only people with the standing to sue him are the very people who have fallen for his lies. Until they become disillusioned, nothing will happen.
