If possum was as popular in America as dog was in Korea, there’d be hundreds of restaurants serving it in our major cities and half the population would have tried it.

“Though far from an everyday presence on the dinner table, a survey carried out by the National Assembly in 2006 showed that 55.3 percent of Korean adults had tried dog meat at least once.”

There are more than 530 restaurants in Seoul that serve dog in the summer.
