I think she should be taxed for not starting the thread...
Taxes were started as a way to fund the CONSTITUTIONAL duties of Congress, and for the most part to fund our military and possibly some infrastructure.
NOW, a tax is a PENALTY that will be handed out to select groups of people so that Congress can tell you HOW to live your life.
