California bill would allow a child to have more than two parents

Beaver had June and Ward.

Ricky had Ozzie and Harriet.

Mom and Dad, same-sex couples or blended families, California law is clear: No more than two legal parents per child.

When adults fight over parenthood, a judge must decide which two have that right and responsibility – but that could end soon.

State Sen. Mark Leno is pushing legislation to allow a child to have multiple parents.

"The bill brings California into the 21st century, recognizing that there are more than Ozzie and Harriet families today," the San Francisco Democrat said.

Surrogate births, same-sex parenthood and assisted reproduction are changing society by creating new possibilities for nontraditional households and relationships.

Benjamin Lopez, legislative analyst for the Traditional Values Coalition, blasted Leno's bill as a new attempt to "revamp, redefine and muddy the waters" of family structure by a leader in the drive to legalize gay marriage.

"It comes as no surprise that he would try to say that a child has more than two parents – that's absurd," said Lopez, whose group calls itself a leading voice for Bible-based values.

Yeah, cause nothing says “21st Century” like sexual deviants raising kids.

So this bill would rewrite how children derive their DNA?

Well apparently at St Barnabas Hospital in NJ the have been messing around with DNA...there are kids with three sets of DNA.

Frightening to say the least...from a Catholic Hospital no less.

How many, if any of them, are required to be humans?

“So this bill would rewrite how children derive their DNA?”

Since there’s that guy out there posthumously baptizing people, I see no reason why adult children can’t adopt whomever they please as parents.

Oh boy. Tell me that Family Law attorneys aren't just salivating over this. Follow the money and it'll lead right back to them, I expect.

Two gay men, their female egg donor, a volunteer surrogate test tube mom, and their son. All of them have controlling legal authority of little Jamie until he turns 18.

"Bradley, I've realized that I'm not gay anymore. I'm leaving you and going to marry Huizhong, that Chinese illegal immigrant we found to carry Jamie to full term through in-vitro fertilization using that wad of our conjoined semen we paid a Korean gene-splicing laboratory $250,000 to merge our sperm and fertilize Sandra's donor egg."

ALL RISE! Now hearing the case of Kramer vs. Kramer vs. Da-Xia vs. McCluskey...

Can we safely assume that this "person" Leno is officially of the pervert persuasion?

Has San Francisco degenerated to the point that the majority of voters approve of the mental dysfunction?

...alas, the city of my youth, it pains me to say; it was a different and better city, then.

Yes:

Mark Leno

"Mark Leno was elected in 2008 and is the first openly gay man to serve in the Senate. Leno was previously one of the first two openly gay men (along with John Laird) to serve in the Assembly. He also served as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors between 1998 and 2002 after being appointed by Willie Brown."
