Roberts 'wrote both sides of US health care ruling'

WASHINGTON — Chief Justice John Roberts flipped late in the game on the Supreme Court ruling on "Obamacare" and ended up writing both the majority opinion and most of the opposing dissent, sources said Tuesday.

Supreme Court experts described the move by Roberts, whose decisive swing vote to uphold President Barack Obama's overhaul of the failing US health care system, as unprecedented.

The ruling on the reforms, Obama's signature domestic policy which aims to provide insurance to most of the 50 million Americans who lack it, was written in such a way that one can tell it was at first rejected, they say.

He clearly flipped. Roberts embodies the core of the RINO soul... rule of law is trumped by MSM pressure (just look at how they're slobbering praises all over him) and back-room politics.

So Romney would pick "more Roberts'"? They're a perfect flipflip match.

So disgusted...

That’s just crazy

And why him, why wasn’t the pressure on Kennedy or the others?

Roberts has been pwned since before his super-secret double swearing-in of Hussein in early 2009.

What does the racist-in-chief have on Roberts?

Money? No, this sort of Sudden unexplained flip is more likely the result of threats/blackmail.

Most did not expect Roberts to flip, I’m sure Romney will never again hold Roberts up as an example.

Roberts didn’t just flip, he flipped out.

Kennedy really isn’t all that moderate. He is more of a libertarian. Most of his squishy rulings involve social issues.

Roberts, on the other hand, is more of a statist, just like Rehnquist was.

If Roberts was blackmailed someone dearly needs to find out and get it out there. If it's bad enough to swing him then he needs to go.

Most likely Roberts was paying back Obama for the amnesty executive order. It’s not just Mexican children illegally brought into the United States the EO covers.

I called this on Sunday:

Roberts Switched Views to Uphold Health Care Law (Original CBS Report)
Sun Jul 1 17:29:26 2012 · 119 of 310
RightFighter to Girlene

The dissent is unsigned because Roberts wrote it - it was originally to be his majority opinion. When he switched sides, the conservatives left most of it in place and didn’t sign their names to it to give a clue that it was originally his opinion.
