If it was anybody but Obama I’d say you were being silly, the US Pres is going to offer congrats to whatever person wins the Mexican election.
But, Obama is such a jerk, he insults our close friends all the time, you may be right.
This fellow is very handsome though, I will say that. He’s looks more Cuban than Mexican, like Marco Rubio or Desi Arnaz.
