I was born a free man and I will die a free man. I refuse to believe that we are such a nation of cowards that we would rather live as slaves than to be free.
You are probably right that no nation has gone from relative oppression to relative freedom. However, no nation has had such a wondrous form of government. That is our hope. If we allow it to disappear, our children will curse us to the seventh generation.
I would like to believe our coming oppression is not a foregone conclusion but I see no evidence. Look at global warming alone.
George Soros has been trying to neutralize America’s world stature and influence for a very long time. He said America alone stands in the way of a UN headed one world government. Yes, I know this is conspiracy nut stuff, but stay with me.
Whether or not you believe that he is actively trying to implement a world government and destroy America, look at UN Agenda 21. Agenda 21 seeks to control Americans at the local level by imposing draconian restrictions on American activity including, where you live, how and when you travel, what you do for work, how much you consume, how much energy you use, etc. & etc.
No American in their right mind would agree to such a severe restriction of their liberty, unless it is the result of some imminent catastrophic external enemy or event. So they create the event of catastrophic world environmental conditions that will defacto destroy life on our planet as we know it, and they call this “Global Warming” or “Climate Change”.
They blame this on man’s activity, because you can’t get free people to restrict their liberty and massively regulate man’s activity, unless this activity is the root cause for the coming certain climate Armageddon.
Now you and I and most Freepers all know that the idea man rather than the sun, is in control of the earth’s temperatures is a bunch of bull crap. It is false and fake.
If we can’t even enlighten our fellow Americans that man-made global warming is complete and total fabricated hoax, how do you proposes we can wake them up to fight back against our coming oppressors.
I mean, look at their army which is brainwashing people — their teachers have indoctrinated everyone under 30 years old, their media reinforces the lie saying it is “settled science” and citing a non-existent “consensus of scientists”.
If we can’t do something as simple and easy as getting everyone to acknowledge global warming as the hoax it is, how to we get all of those same people to understand the more complex issues of how you lose your liberty and how to jealously guard it.
So I pray you are right that “this time it is different”, and I maintain faith in the Lord God, and maintain hope in his divine plan, but I just don’t see my fellow voters suddenly coming to their senses and seeing that they are shooting holes in the bottom of the USS America and inadvertently sending our beautiful free constitutional Repulic to a watery grave.
