Yes. I’m thinking a couple tons of half ounce pellets in a counter flow-eccentric orbit would do the trick better than a handful of hardware.

Have it come screaming in from a trans-lunar trip to give it the proper velocity.

The trick is to get it trans-lunar without raising suspicions.

A country that said it was planning a manned lunar mission could pull it off...
