Because Whitey bought into the idea that he's 'racist' because he's white. When you think about it, that trick is an extraordinary stroke of cunning. Blacks can be as racist as they want without being called on it because Whitey's brain freezes up.

You want a "cut to the chase" answer? It's because hardcore marxist socialism found fertile ground in the mind of the American negro population. Deconstruct what they say, it's straight from a moscow podium in a park around 1916 but with the color angle thrown in. They've been inculcated with it combined with a vile poisonous hatred for whitey, the system, the man etc for the last fifty years or so that they can't see straight, and it's everybody else's fault but their own.

Why are black people so racist?

Because for a regrettably large percentage of American blacks, preserving their victim status is about their highest priority. And labeling whites racist as often as possible, and never acknowledging the amazing positives about the USA, helps them preserve that victim status (in their eyes and in the eyes of guilt-ridden, self-loathing white folks.

If they start acknowledging that no other nation would give them greater opportunities, or anything else good about the USA, they'd have to stop making excuses and look at themselves.
