Sending Prayers up for Joe.
Will be interesting what Sheriff Joe divulges during his presser on July 17th. Maybe some of these politician and Judges will have to be hiding out by then.
Knowing the way the “courts” are in this country these days, this should be a real hoot. A farce. They’ll find Arpaio and Arizona “guilty” of “profiling” but Joe and we Arizonans will just flip the commie lib jerks off and tell them to kiss our ass. We are the State of Arizona. They are the sewer of Washington, D.C. The septic tank of the planet.
The ‘black Chicago thugs in D.C.’ going after Arpaio because of his eligibility investigation on 0bama. Simple as that.
57% of those arrested were illegals, but that is no reason to profile.
Isn’t this the same reason that airports do not profile Muslims, but search inside the diapers on old ladies, and frisk little kids ?.
The only Sherriff in America with a full nutsack and our Government gets off on harrassing him.
I wish the people of Arizona would take to the streets in support of Joe.
we ALL should yell RETALIATION just like Holder's people yell "RETRIBUTION".
Looks like a worthless case (No damages? No standing!) dating back to before Arpaio got involved in the eligibility investigation so the timing appears coincidental.
“Illegal immigrants accounted for 57 percent of the 1,500 people arrested in the 20 sweeps conducted by his office since January 2008, according to figures provided by Arpaios office.
“The people who filed the lawsuit arent seeking damages and instead want Arpaio to enact changes to guard against what they said is discriminatory policing at his agency. Still, the plaintiff attorneys can seek reimbursement for their time and costs if they win.”
“Snow is the second judge to hear the case. Then-U.S. District Judge Mary Murguia was originally assigned the case, but recused herself in July 2009 when Arpaios attorneys questioned her impartiality because Murguias twin sister was the leader of the National Council of La Raza, a prominent advocacy group for Latinos.”
