Because using a fraudulent SS# is fraud and that number belonged to someone else. He used that number to obtain DL’s and probably to obtain loans, etc. Just guessing as that might be relevant reason.

I have not reviewed this in a long time but if I remember correctly, Obama used one SSN for loans and college previously and this one from Connecticut for senate and POTUS filings.
