I also like the idea of Mark Levin that the congress could overturn a SC decision by a 2/3 margin in both Houses.

The founders put in place a method to overturn supreme court decisions. I'd like to hear Levin's explanation why he thinks he could improve on that plan.

What method did the founders put in place to overturn SC decisions?

Congress cannot overturn a Supreme Court decision. If SC finds something unconstitutional, Congress can only AMEND the law.
