It wasn’t that long ago that Obama BRAGGED that he would be the first candidate to raise $1 Billion dollars.

I read recently that it was a preemptive lie as a scare tactic in an attempt to avoid the reality of his never ending failures in order to dissuade any competition to prevent a threat to his continuing malfeasance.
