I admire the chutzpah, but those so-called courts of justice will smack this down in short order. I think a better tact would be to simply make AZ a very difficult state to govern.
Try this for starters: an initiative to forbid state or local jails or prisons from housing Federal prisoners. You could also forbid localities from receiving any funds from Federal asset forfeiture.
Very true. It has occurred to several FReepers that perhaps the leftists are actually pushing towards a divorce. Ultimately, the conservatives will do what they can to confound the leftists dream of setting up a socialist paradise. Poltics makes for strange bedfellows.
