This is truly the end of civilization. We knew it was coming when the completely corrupt would start trying to justify child molesters as "just born that way."

At one time people with mental illness were thought to be possessed by demons and goblins. Let me say 100% that Pedofiles/sexual abuse of kids is just wrong and the people should be locked up.

That being said, science is now showing murderers and violent people do have different brain chemicals and have certain parts of the brain lacking that normal people have. Same thing with people who have addictions.

Not letting these pedo's off the hook but if there is a section of their brain that makes them do this then let's let science and the medical industry find it and possibly cure it or treat before they abuse kids.

People--- not just oddballs, or criminals, but people in general --- have inborn, poorly-controlled tendencies towards all kinds of bad behavior: narcissism, jealousy about oither people's relationships, social aggression, irresponsibility, quick tempers, promiscuous sexual appetite, impulsive self-gratification, resentment of others' success, eating disorders, longing for things they know are harmful, laziness, lack of empathy toward others, laziness, complacency, greed, manipulativeness, lying, self-absorption, etc. etc.

Everyone has some specific area in hteir life where "doing the wrong thing" seems to come naurally, while "doing the right thing" requires constant swimming against the current.

People can and do conceal or deny these flaws, lie to themselves or others about it, secretly or openly accommodate their own disordered tendencies all their life long, or even demand that others accept their bad behavior because "That's me, that's just who I am."
