The Obama Record: In pursuit of a world without nuclear weapons, the president finalizes plans to decimate our nuclear deterrent and reduce our warhead count beyond even treaty commitments.
President John F. Kennedy once said of those who would oppose us: "We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed." That was the longstanding reason for our nuclear deterrence strategy.
President Obama has decided that indeed we are going to tempt them with weakness. According to an Associated Press report on conversations with current and former administration officials, Obama is finalizing plans, perhaps to be released later this month, to cut the U.S. nuclear arsenal to between 1,000 and 1,100 warheads with the goal "in the longer term, (of) eliminating nuclear weapons."
This plan stems from a Nuclear Posture Review conducted by an administration committed to a world without nuclear weapons, particularly American ones, based on two fraudulent conclusions, one that Cold War weapons are no longer needed in a post-Cold War world, and the weapons, not the tyrants who would use them against us, are the real threat.
Pentagon planners were tasked to consider three force levels as part of the Nuclear Posture Review ordered by the president last August: a force of 1,000 to 1,100 warheads; a second scenario of 700 and 800 warheads; and the lowest level of 300 to 400 warheads.
Obama tasked the Pentagon with developing options that would eliminate as much as 80% of the deployed weapon levels set by his seriously defective "New Start" Treaty.
"The massive nuclear arsenal we inherited from the Cold War is poorly suited to today's threats, including nuclear terrorism," President Obama said March 26 in Seoul, South Korea,

These pie in sky people think that if they say, look I am putting down my gun, the bad guys will go uh okay, I’ll put mine down too. Not human nature.
The concept of deterrence requires that effort be made to convince any adversary we can and will retaliate with enough force and certainty that to carry out any attack on us is ‘unthinkable’.
If we make it clear we can’t, or won’t retaliate, then it is thinkable to the potential enemy. And we invite such an attack when the circumstances and opportunity presents itself. What is there not to understand here?

Who's going to run whatever is left of the economy? Does he plan on leading his chosen people across the desert to invade Mexico armed with Fast & Furious guns when SHTF?
It looks to me like he's not playing any favorites, beyond milking the middle class for money to buy votes to support the terror cell he's running from the White House. He has to pander to the non-working class for support (and increase their numbers enough to insure his election). When he's done he will discard them.
